2026 BENT COUNTY COMMUNITY CENTER CRAFT SHOW!

28TH Annual Craft Show: 10.24.26 

Thank you for interest in the 2026 BC Craft Show! Your fees will support our youth programs! We have scheduled our 28th Annual BC Community Center Craft Show for Saturday, October 24th.2026 (8:00 am to 4:00 pm) at the Community Center (1214 Ambassador Thompson Blvd. Las Animas.CO.81054).  

We want to thank all of our past vendors by offering a "Vendor Appreciation giveaway"!  We will give away ONE FREE SPACE AND THREE 1/2 OFF SPACES! The Coordinator and Director will be present for the drawing, and we will save a "screen shot" of all winners to ensure transparency. All you have to do is pre-register by 8.26.26 and you will enter automatically!

 Registration Process:

1. Open the "Vendor Space Map" below and select a space number . If you want more than space, please specify that in the space selections box. If we receive a cancellation in the gym, we will call the waiting list in order of the registration date/time. If you have questions about this process, please call 719.662.1235 and speak with Breanna to clarify and confirm. 
2. All space requests are based upon availability and Breanna will call you directly to confirm your selection or offer options. 
3. Once you have entered all the required data click on "SUBMIT" button to complete the process. You should receive a message stating "Your registration was submitted".
4. If you have difficulties or concerns, please call Amanda at 719.662.1235.  
5. Please pay the space fee of $25.00 per (cash or check > Bent County Community Center) 
6. Spaces are 10x10 approximately. 
7. PRE -REGISTRATION: 8.19.26-8.26.26 (previous vendors) 
8. Vendor Appreciation Drawing: 8.31.26 (one free space, 3 spaces 1/2 off!) All pre-registered are entered. 
9. PRE- REGISTRATION Payment deadline: 9.4.26
10. OPEN- REGISTRATION: 8.27.26-9.30.26
11. OPEN-REGISTRATION Payment deadline: 9.30.26
12. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS: No refunds after 9.30.26
