THE 2023 FALL CRAFT SHOW:  OCTOBER-28TH.2023 

Thank you for interest in the 2023 BC Craft Show! Your fees will support our youth programs! We have scheduled our 25th Annual BC Community Center Craft Show for Saturday, October 28th.2023 (8:00 am to 4:00 pm) at the Community Center (1214 Ambassador Thompson Blvd. Las Animas.CO.81054). This year we will host a "cornhole tournament" in the conference room and a Chili contest on the stage. We will also have fun outdoor activities for kids! We hope to attract new visitors and help you have a productive event.

 Registration Process :

1. Open the "Vendor Space Map" below and select a space number (1-35). If you want more than space please specify that in the space selections box. If we receive a cancellation in the gym we will call the waiting list in order of the registration date/time. If you would like to ensure you have a space in the hallway area please indicate that below in the "select a space #" field. If you have questions about this process please call 719.662.1235 and speak with Cheri to clarify and confirm. 
2. All space requests are based upon availability and Cheri will call you directly to confirm your selection or offer options. 
3. Once you have entered all the required data click on "SUBMIT" button to complete the process. You should receive a message stating "Your registration was submitted".
4. If you have difficulties or concerns please call Cheri at 719.662.1235.  
5. Please pay our "fee" of $25.00 per space (cash or check > Bent County Community Center) 
6. Spaces are 10x10 approximately. 
7. Payment deadline is 9.30.23
8. Cancellations received by 9.30.23, will receive a full refund. 
9. Cancellations after 9.30.23 will not receive a refund.
